January – PINARELLO COLLECTIVE / ZONE 2 Base Training

  • 7 Jan – 9am start to Colossal Cave (54 miles/3.5hrs): Speed 16-18mph av. with slight hills/elevation, one refuel stop
  • 14 Jan – 9am start to Dove Mountain (54 miles/3.5hrs): Speed 16-18mph av. with moderate hills/elevation, one refuel stop
  • 21 Jan – 9am start to Colossal Cave & Saguaro Easy (62 miles/4hrs): Speed 16-18mph av. with slight hills/elevation, one refuel stop

February – PINARELLO COLLECTIVE / ZONE 2 Base Endurance Training

March – PINARELLO COLLECTIVE / ZONE 2&3 & Testing

  • 6 March – 7am start from Cyclefit Solutions for warm up to Mt. Lemmon for an FTP/FTHR test (90mins-2hrs).
